My otherwise great MX 2 mouse started randomly double-clicking when I tried to left click. A defective microswitch was the cause. You will need: New Omron microswitch type: D2FC-F-7N (about 3 US$) Soldering iron / wire / solder Phillips head screwdriver About 45 minutes
