LOTR Music Ambience | The Black Gate of Mordor — Dark Music for Study & Relax

Imagine reaching the Black Gate with Frodo and Sam. No army behind you. No way through. Only Mordor ahead. For this ambience I wanted to stay inside that moment for much longer than the film allows us to. The wind moves across the empty land, dust rises in front of the gate, Barad-dûr burns somewhere beyond the mountains, and the Eye is still there watching. Musically, I wanted this one to remain dark without becoming constantly dramatic. The familiar themes of Mordor, the Nazgûl and the Dead Marshes have been slowed down, stretched and reshaped into something flatter and more atmospheric. There are moments where the music becomes heavier, but most of the time it simply stays there — suspended, threatening and unresolved. Because Mordor does not need to move to feel dangerous. This ambience is made for studying, working, reading, relaxing, sleeping, or simply spending some time again inside Middle-earth. 🎧 Headphones recommended. 🧙 Continue the journey through Middle-earth with the full LOTR Music Ambience playlist:    • 🌌 Middle-earth Ambience | Epic Soundscapes...   It feels good to be back in Middle-earth. — Mellon Beats #LordOfTheRings #LOTR #MusicAmbience
