Go to the Games tab on the left-hand side to view and manage games available for assignment.

Reassign a game by reopening the official slot and selecting a different official using the search tools.
5:44 – Override Controls
Override system restrictions to view additional officials—such as those without proper level permissions, different divisions, or other zones.
6:38 – Draft Assignments
Create Draft Assignments to plan changes without notifying officials until committed. Prevents double-assigning while allowing schedule review.

Commit drafts individually, per game, or in bulk. Confirm updates to finalize assignments.
8:19 – Full Override
Enable Full Override to ignore all restrictions and assign any official. Use this carefully.
8:42 – Financial Adjustments
Add game-specific pay adjustments to an official, view existing adjustments, and delete them when needed.
9:23 – Emails & Notifications
Send reminder emails to officials and view email history for each game assignment.
9:40 – Assigning Non-Standard Positions
Use Show More Positions to assign roles that are not default for that game type.
10:00 – Assigning Additional Positions
Assign non-standard positions using the same eligibility and override rules.
10:39 – Editing Game Details
Admins with permissions can edit assigner, zone, division, game type, arena, teams, billing group, start/end time, and public/admin notes.
