Strip Mine Jan 18th 2023

Pioneer Coal strip mine in Stellarton, Nova Scotia is nearing completion. After almost 27 years of operation, this marks the end of an era for coal mining in Pictou County. I started my YouTube career with a D11 video I shot at this mine back in 2007.
