The 6th Doctor's Time Distortion Tracer prop: Replica Build (EDITED BBC Friendly Version)

In this short video, I'll show you how I went about the replication of the 6th Doctor's Time Distortion Tracer prop from the 1985 story, "The Mark of the Rani." It's a simple prop and should take you no more than a day or two to make. This is the second, somewhat cut down version of this video as the BBC, in all their superior wisdom, decided that they would block my original video.
