Somnath Jyotirlinga · सोमनाथ | 1 Hour Shiva Meditation by the Sea | AGNINAAD

The first of the twelve, and the one that keeps being rebuilt. Somnath stands where the land ends and the Arabian Sea begins. It is named first in the Dwadasha Jyotirlinga Stotram, and it has been destroyed and raised again more times than any other shrine on this list. That is its character: not permanence, but return. This recording was made for the hour before sunrise, when the sea is still grey and the lamps are the only warm thing in the sanctum. This is the 60 minute continuous version, made to be left playing. Use it for meditation, japa, study, deep work, or sleep. There is no speech and no interruption.
