Bravura by Camila Cortina Bello (in honor of the South Side Impresarios)

Using a "Florence Price" theme and a "Margaret Bonds" theme, composer Camila Cortina Bello brings the world of the South Side Impresarios to life with gorgeous Afrodiasporic flair. Bravura (2023) is written in honor of Samantha Ege's book South Side Impresarios: How Race Women Transformed Chicago's Classical Music Scene.
