President Donald Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. But as the president continues his attacks on the FBI and the Department of Justice, Sen. Richard Blumenthal questioned Kavanaugh's ability to remain politically neutral if he’s called in the course of the Russia investigation to rule on whether Trump has committed a crime.
