BMW M52 VANOS Rebuild

As part of my Driveline Overhaul Project I rebuilt my M52 engine. While I was at it I decided to rebuild my all-original VANOS using the Beisan Systems Seal Kit and Anti-Rattle Kit. This video shows almost the entire process and should help you tackle the VANOS rebuild. HOWEVER, this video is NOT a substitute for the full instructions provided by Beisan. The two Beisan kits were $60, which is an order of magnitude lower cost than a brand new VANOS from BMW. In short, these kits are a great deal.
