United Workers Party Protest March

The opposition United Workers Party (UWP) held an anti-government protest march in Castries on Thursday, followed by a public meeting on the William Peter Boulevard. The UWP organized the event and invited Saint Lucians to demonstrate their concern over the Saint Lucia Labour Party (SLP) government's policies, high prices, the situation, and other issues.
