Why Did Jesus Sometimes Heal Immediately—and Sometimes Gradually? | God's Timing Explained

Why did Jesus sometimes heal people instantly, while one blind man in Mark, chapter 8, was healed in stages? The Gospel does not give a specific reason for that gradual healing, but it reveals something important about God's timing. Sometimes the answer comes immediately. Sometimes it unfolds gradually. And sometimes God's answer is different from what we expected. Through the miracles of Jesus, Scripture teaches us to trust Christ even when we do not understand the timing.
