Join us for Creation Sunday at Foursquare Community Church as we continue A Walk Through Romans with a special look at Romans 8:22: “For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.” In this message, Chad Campbell connects the story of Creation in Genesis 1, where God declares His creation “very good,” with the groaning and brokenness we experience in creation, our bodies, our relationships, and our lives. But the groaning isn't the end of the story. We look at the hope of renewal, the promise of new life, and what it means to trust God while we are still living in the middle of the process of redemption. We also consider the gift of Sabbath: learning to stop, release our burdens, and rest in the knowledge that God is still at work. The service concludes with communion and an extended time of worship, including “The Stand,” “New Wine,” “Worthy of It All,” and a time of surrender and prayer.
