2012 - 2018 Sentra 1.8L CVT ( JF015E (RE0F11A)) code P0500 & P1574 Fix - Part I

In this video, I diagnose and repair a 2017 Nissan Sentra SV where a failing CVT oil pump was the hidden culprit causing a dead speedometer, loss of cruise control, and severe transmission limp mode. While P0500 (Vehicle Speed Sensor 'A') and P1574 look like electrical sensor faults, a bad transmission oil pump causes internal fluid pressure to drop, leading to pulley slip. This confuses the computer into throwing speed sensor codes.
