9,7+ KM FPV Flight to Mount Semeru’s Summit | The Most Challenging Flight Yet

*9+ KM. 3,676 meters. One of the most challenging FPV flights I've ever done. 🚀* This time, I headed from Jakarta all the way to *Mount Semeru, East Java — the highest mountain on the island of Java, Indonesia. 🇮🇩* The adventure started from **Supiturang Village, Lumajang**, one of the areas affected by the 2025 Semeru eruption. Even along the way, the impact of the eruption was still clearly visible — a powerful reminder of just how incredible and unpredictable this mountain can be. Early in the morning, I launched my *SpeedyBee 8 Fold* and started the long-range flight toward the summit of Semeru. But there was a big problem… *The entire mountain was covered in clouds. ☁️* I wasn't sure if I would be able to see the mountain at all. But I decided to keep pushing through the clouds, and eventually… *Semeru suddenly appeared.* The view was absolutely insane. 😮‍💨🔥 Flying FPV toward the summit at **3,676 meters above sea level**, with more than **9 KM of flight distance**, made this one of the most challenging and rewarding long-range flights I've ever done. This wasn't just another FPV flight.
