SUBARU IS FLUGEL?! Every Clue That Connects Them | Re:Zero Theory

SUBARU IS FLUGEL?! Is Natsuki Subaru actually the legendary Great Sage Flugel from 400 years ago? In this Re:Zero theory, we go through the biggest clues connecting Subaru to Flugel — from Shaula recognizing Subaru's scent and calling him "Master," to the Pleiades Watchtower, Rigel, Japanese writing, Satella's memories, Witch Factors, and the mysterious Books of the Dead. Could Subaru be the same person who helped Satella 400 years ago, fought alongside the Divine Dragon and Sword Saint, and left behind mysteries for his future self? Or is something even more complicated happening with Subaru's identity, Return by Death, and the world of Re:Zero? We'll examine the evidence and hints behind the Subaru = Flugel theory and why some of these connections are extremely difficult to dismiss as coincidences. Do you think Subaru is Flugel?
