"Pasio Academy Midterm Exams" - Pokémon Masters EX Hoenn CS 15K Master Mode Week 25

#pokemon #pokémon #pokemonmasters #hoenn #championstadium 2nd part of the Pasio Academy is about to start tomorrow and ngl, I'm really tempted to get Morty's new alt if only to complete the Hisuian starter trio and also 'cause Typhlosion is my favourite of the 3 (even if I picked Rowlet in my playthrough of Legends Arceus). Oh yeah, today's CS run was great! Got to try out some pairs, one new and others with EXs, sync grid expansions or both and they went as well as I expected. See for yourselves! Like, subscribe and comment if ya enjoy my videos! :D 0:00 - "Let's Get This Over With" (Round 1 - Glacia) Fire weak Glacia is still to this day one of the most annoying and frustrating stages to go through, mainly 'cause she and the sides really love to spam Blizzard and Icy Wind every chance they get (usually the sides would save their AoE moves for after the main trainer in the middle is taken down). I was gonna try my newly acquired Malva here but the Blizzard/Icy Wind spam made things too complicated, so I just swapped her for SS May. Also Challenger Gloria just recently got her EX Role activated that I would have shown earlier in the last Rally video if I wasn't feeling stupid that day. Looking forward to how this will end me a lot in the Damage Challenge thing. 3:06 - "The Boy With the Mask" (Round 2 - Phoebe) I did not expect Allister to get a sync grid expansion recently, especially when there were a lot of other older pairs who have yet to get their grid expansions, but I'm happy either way that he gets to finally shine here, I even EX'd him for extra sync nuking power! Wiped out Phoebe even without Ghost Zone. 6:38 - "Soaring Through the Unovan Skies!" (Round 3 - Sidney) I had EX'd Nate a few weeks ago for the last week of Sinnoh CS, but my brain forgot about him for a bit and I used Lodge Brendan instead. This time however, I brought him here to nuke Sidney with some help from Gym Winona and Anni Skyla. Thought I was gonna wipe out honestly, but after Nate and Anni Skyla survived Sidney's sync nuke, I was so back! Can Nate be the next one getting the sync grid expansion please? 9:58 - "Lisia's Dazzling Dizzying Debut" (Round 4 - Drake) After several months of being denied a chance to shine with her new sync grid expansion and EX, Lisia finally gets to show off her new power boost! A shame that Drake's Rain gimmick forced me to save the triple Altaria team for the next CS, but having SS Lyra making sure Drake doesn't set up Rain again so Lisia's sync nuke doesn't get nerfed was worth it. 14:06 - "Putting Those Academy Skills to the Test!" (Final Round - Steven) Academy Rosa is an interesting pair, with you having to build her sync grid by playing through the Pasio Academy event, allowing her to have a very versatile moveset depending on what exactly you want her to do. I went with a grid focused on Giga Drain DPS, Sunny Day and Unova Circle and I get to put it to great use thanks to the permanent field effect parameter on this stage. Worth going through the Academy multiple times!
