The G.U.N Jeep was my saving grace here, big time lmao. As I stated a few videos ago, there's some interesting work arounds for avoiding the horrendous cool down you get affected by once uninhibited mode runs out. Things like driving vehicles, grinding on rails, and certain cinematic events will allow Shadow to continue the pace through the level without the huge withdrawals.
