Tucked away from the main road, this home offers ultimate privacy surrounded by lush greenery. The unique design features three connected volumes: a garage, a separate architect’s office, and the main house, all arranged in a long and low form. The exterior presents a harmonious layout with distinct sections and a welcoming, intimate courtyard. Inside, the functional and comfortable design places children’s bedrooms on the ground floor, while the master suite with a private dressing room and bathroom is situated upstairs. The glass corridor between the kitchen and living area opens up to stunning garden views, creating a bright, open space that feels connected to nature. #modernarchitecture #modernarchitecturedesign #homeproject #jumaarchitects #contemporarydesign #contemporarydesigns #residentialarchitecture #architects #minimalistdesign #minimalistdesigns #housearchitecture #modernfamily #luxuryhome #luxuryhomes #luxuryhomescostarica #luxuryhomedesign #luxuryhomestyle #naturalviews #interiordesign #interiordesigner #interiordesignideas #interiordesigntrends2024 #interiordesigninspiration #interiordesigncompany #architecturaldesign #architecturaldesigner #architecturaldesigners #architecturaldesigns #home #homedecor #luxuryrealestate #exteriordesign #houses #realestate #house2023 #house2021 #house2022 #house2020 #house2024 #houses #house #housedesign #housetour #modernhome #modernhouse #modern #modernfurniture #homedesigne #homeinspiration #hometour #houserenovations #housereview #homereview #newhome #newdesign #newdesigns #newhouse #simplehomedecor #simplehousedesign #simplehousedrawing
