A "PhD in Common Sense" vs Actual Logic

I talked to Eskerlot, a 40 year old Christian who opened by demanding I show him the mathematical and scientific proof that God does not exist. I obliged. What followed was less a debate about the evidence and more a slow motion discovery that the man cross examining me on cosmology holds, by his own admission, a PhD in common sense. Somewhere in here he rejects the Pythagorean theorem, gets stuck naming ten organs, and my friend Dr. Blitz shows up just to enjoy the view.
