In Elden Ring there is actually a mechanic called hardness and there are different tiers to it. Tier 0 hardness is the least hard you can be while tier 5 hardness is the max, which is unfortunately unachievable. The hardest you can get in Elden Ring is tier 4 using the ironjar aromatic. This slows you down significantly, makes you extremely weak to lightning, and forces you to heavy roll. My question is, with how fast and difficult the DLC bosses are, could I beat the DLC while permanently hardened?
