Mia spends one night in a new city. She checks in at a hotel, calls reception about a cold room, asks the desk for evening ideas, buys a museum ticket and checks out while leaving her bag for the afternoon. How to practise: watch the scenes first and try to follow without pausing. In the phrase practice, listen to each example and say it out loud while the bar runs out. Then watch the scenes again: you will hear every phrase in context.
