Architecture is TOXIC (and it's making people QUIT)

Architecture is beautiful but it can also be toxic. After reading a comment from someone who said they were depressed and ready to leave the field, I felt the need to talk about my own experience. In this video, I share stories from school and the workplace where the culture became overwhelming, judgmental, or isolating. I explain why the mix of science and art makes the field so difficult and why so many people feel like they’re not “good enough.” But I also end with a message of hope. You can get through it. You can create your own path in architecture, without the toxicity.
