Healthfirst – Trailblazer Candidate Experience (AI 2D Animation) | TADApix AI Studio

This animated candidate experience video welcomes job seekers into Healthfirst and guides them through the full hiring journey, from application and recruiter phone screen to interviews, the offer, and onboarding. The whole path is framed as a hiking trail, casting each candidate as a Trailblazer exploring their career. TADApix built it as warm, storybook 2D animation, turning a process that is usually a dry list of steps into an inviting adventure. Painted mountain landscapes, trail-sign signposts, and clean infographic moments keep every stage clear while making candidates feel welcomed and prepared. By setting expectations early and showing the human support behind every step, the video helps candidates arrive confident and strengthens the Healthfirst employer brand. It is a strong example of how animation can carry recruitment marketing and a people process in the same story. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CHAPTERS: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 0:00 Trailblazers Start Here 0:29 Submitting Your Application 0:50 Recruiter Phone Screen 1:11 Team Interviews 1:35 Feedback and Offer 1:53 Onboarding 2:20 Job Alerts 2:32 Candidate Support ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎬 Need custom animated explainer or brand video?
