3:43 for the end of the pause, I had to go do something. Blessing of the pause strikes again! Yeah, I dunno how I feel. Took me quite a while, not Jubei long, and certainly not Kunimatsu long, but a while, had to change out weapons and guardian spirits. He really likes spamming the spinny move, he has a pretty smallish movepool overall, but with his mobility and speed he's still high pressure. And a full circle get off me attack is still effective. Seems he has holes in his ranged pressure, and apparently you can whirling blade his fire shurikens. Chance I should use a switchglaive of my return. Think a Samurai Hoko and Shield should be handy too. Hmm. Not a priority to get back too, abd lower than before do I think him...maybe..?...but I can't bring myself to dislike him. I have a more concrete thought on him...I think. Such a mishmash of thoughts cos like, he pwns me with such a small movepool, but then I adapt, and I don't do so bad. I think my experience here is going to help me with him going forward to make the relearning process easier, and I think I'll have fun then also, cos I did have fun here, and that's what counts. But I also don't really see that much room for creativity...yet, I suppose. Hatchets did have a bit of fun in the air, Talons just aren't much of an aerial weapon to support but they're great for crossing up and you're dodging through him a lot, they have a good get into the air and cross up. Tonfa have good air, a dodge attack, they might be fun...I still need to properly get into Splitstaff. Really, I do. Swore I would and still Splitstaff and Kusarigama I'm still the worst with, just don't choose them cos I'm more familiar with a lot of the rest. Did initially try Spear and Odachi here, and Kusanagi fire pounce and Kongojishi ninja, but wasn't feeling them. Or might've sucked. Or both.
