【春日部夏まつり2026】全24基の神輿渡御(日曜日)　｜　Kasukabe Summer Festival In Saitama

These shrines carry a deity through the local community—specifically, the area served by the shrine, known as the ujiko territory, which varies for each shrine. Mikoshi come in various sizes, and the methods of carrying them and the accompanying chants differ as well.
