OUTA court case against Dudu Myeni

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse, OUTA, says it's disappointed at the Gauteng High Court's decision to postpone the delinquency hearing of former SAA Board chair Dudu Myeni. OUTA and the South African Pilots Association approached the courts saying that during her tenure, Myeni made bad decisions that further plunged the national carrier into debt. They want the court to declare Myeni a delinquent director. However, lawyers representing Myeni yesterday told the court they would like to make an amendment to her plea. They also want those who were directors at the time to appear as Myeni was part of a collective of a board of directors.
