GOD WAS MOVING BUT THEY WERE STILL WICKED | Dag Heward-Mills

In this gripping passage from 1 Samuel, the story of Saul unfolds - anointed king, the Spirit of the Lord upon him, prophesying, winning battles, enemies crushed. Everything looks like God is moving. Then Samuel calls the people together and drops a bombshell: you are wicked, and I will prove it with a sign from heaven. Dag Heward-Mills uses this to drive home a challenging point: victories, prophecies, and anointing do not automatically mean you are in God's perfect will. You can be chosen for leadership and still be operating in the acceptable will rather than the perfect one. If you have been called, this one will make you think.
