It had a rage of 312 Km in a single charge. The 2022 Nexon EV Max has an increased range of 437 Km in a single charge. Tata Nexon EV Max is built on a 5 star rated (safety) platform. Tata's Nexon was the first vehicle in India to achieve 5 star rating in Global NCAP ratings for safety. The vehicle design is based on Impact 2.0 design philosophy, - "Immediate IMPACT at first sight, Lasting IMPACT over time. Tata Nexon EV Max has an increased range of 437 KM per full charge. There are three options for charging, a DC fast charging option, which will charge the vehicle in 56 minutes till 80% and two home based charging units, in which a 7.2 kW AC fast charger unit installed at home can charge the vehicle to 100% in 6.5 Hours and finally a 3.3 kw portable charger which charges the vehicle around 15 Hours. Tata Nexon EV Max comes in two variants - XZ+ and XZ+ Lux. There price range from 14.74 Lakhs and 19.24 Lakhs (Ex showroom) respectively. Tata Nexon EV has three colors-Intensi Teal, Deytona Grey and a Pristine White. Tata Nexon EV is built on a Ziptrion technology, its a latest Technology developed by Tata for their electric segment. The motor used is a 3 phase permanent magnet synchronous motor which is liquid cooled, and produces a power of 143 and a peak torque of 250 Nm. The battery pack is of 40.5 kWh high density Lithium Ion battery pack. The battery and motor is IP67 rated for safety - it is water proof, dust proof.
