Malumpati Cold Spring, Pandan, Antique (Aerial View)

Dubbed as country's one of the cleanest inland river, Bugang River is also historical, mysterious, and tourist attraction. Historical: the old name of the municipality of Pandan is Bugang (according to the OSA - Augustinians), where the people is called "mundo" because of the being hostile to the missionaries. Mysterious: It is one of the shortest river that comes into un-explored spring-lake as its source. Tourist Attraction: Malumpati, the heart of Bugang, becomes one of the attraction for cooling off, and swimming, as its name rightly says, "malumpat kaw, mapati ako" (if you drive, i will believe). This points to the cold water which can cool even your refreshments and beverages if soaked in the water.
