Willys Jeep F134 Engine Rebuild Boring, Honing, and Fitting Pistons

In this video I am boring a few engines and filming the Willys F 134 Engine. All engines will get the same care as this one and I am going into detail on the piston fitting again. A few people wanted to see hand fitting the pistons again so here are the steps I take to get a perfect fit. This engine came in at .010" oversize and I am using Silv-O-Lite pistons. Engine was bored, then honed, then a plateau brush was used in each cylinder, and finally the crosshatch was obtained with a ball hone, which was a fine 400 grit.
