When people hear the phrase “intelligent organization,” today they may immediately think about artificial intelligence.
But that is not what we mean.
An organization does not suddenly become intelligent because it has ChatGPT, automation tools, dashboards, or sophisticated algorithms.
For us, organizational intelligence is much broader.
It is about whether an organization can understand what is happening around it, learn from experience, think critically, make good decisions, collaborate effectively, adapt when circumstances change, and continue creating value.
Technology can absolutely strengthen those capabilities.
But people remain essential.
AI can give us an answer in seconds. A human being still has to ask: Is this the right answer? Is this the right question? What does this mean in our context? What are the consequences?
So the Hub begins with a very simple idea: the future belongs not to AI alone, but to organizations capable of combining different forms of intelligence wisely. So, the future of organizations will increasingly depend on how well they bring together human intelligence, organizational capability, and artificial intelligence.
