Nerf Regulator Complete Circuit Explanation

Edit: It looks like you need to keep the brown wire going from the board to +V. It's the only wire connecting one side of the motor to positive. Normally this wire is connected to the flywheels, and is cut off by the jam door and magazine well switches. You have to make sure to reconnect the wire to the board if you bypass the flywheel circuit.
