Ranking EVERY State by their Best Roller Coaster (Part 1)

4 months ago, I used Captain Coaster to find out what the best rated roller coaster in each state was. Then, ranked each state by their top-rated coaster. I wanted to do something similar, but this time, use my own personal rankings.
