Earth Defense Force 2025 - Best WD Armor Farming Method - DLC - Pack 3 - Stage#2

I edited out the loading screen and about 50 minutes of actual farming in this video. Special Thanks to nghiango1989 for telling me about this stage for AP farming. You will need 2 controllers and 2 rubber bands or hair ties for this to work. This is the best farming method for Wing Diver that I have been able to find so far. It takes about 1 hour. You only need about 7 minutes to set up and then for the rest of the hour is just farming silver spiders. I get around 350 per run doing this. You will need a powerful rapier type weapon with a 0.5 reload rate. I used the best rapier weapon in the game Master Rapier. This method should still work fine with some of its weaker variants (just not too weak mind you). Bring a plasma launcher to at least destroy the bridge above one of the tunnel exits ( I do this in the video) because the dead bodies of spiders get caught on it and can move your WD around and mess things up a bit.. Any other weapons are completely optional. I just used the ones that I prefer. First kill off all those NPC Wing Divers. They can destroy the tunnel exits. Then kill off any Black Ant, Spider, Red Ant holes you come across. There should be 3 Black Ant,2 Spider, 1 Red Ant tunnels that you want to get rid of. Also there is 2 silver spider tunnels that you want to leave alone in the middle. You will see 2 other Silver Spider tunnel appear after you destroy a few of the other nests. Get rid of them. After your down to just the 2 S. Spider tunnels kill off any remaining bugs and set up your first WD in one of the tunnel exits. Place her right in the middle pointing straight up and with Master Rapier equipped out a rubber band around the controller so its squeezing the trigger. Then have the second WD collect any remaining armors and whatnot then proceed to the 2nd tunnel exit and do the same thing. Once in position just leave it like that for the rest of the hour and they should automatically collect items for you. Don't go past the 1 hour mark by to much because there is a limit on how many items you can get per mission( even though you will still see items dropping they won't count) I have gotten as much as 385 in one run. Its easy and effective! You can swap out one of the WD's for another character if you want but I think WD is the only one who can farm a tunnel like this effectively. Maybe Fencer has a capable weapon? Further testing is required. If you swap out one of the WD then you will get about 100 for WD and 200-250 for the other classes.
