Photographing Harebells

Come along with me to the woods to photograph Roundleaf Bluebells, commonly called Harebell. These delicate, yet tough flowers offer a colorful subject during the dry days of June through September depending on your local climate. In this video, I discuss how I like to use a short telephoto lens to isolate the subject against a blurred-out background while still maintaining lots of depth (or not).
