Most men think finding a good woman in the Philippines comes down to luck, or looks, or the size of your pension. After fifteen years out here, I can tell you it doesn't. It comes down, more than anything, to where you go looking. Pick the wrong city and it can quietly cost you years and a lot of money before anyone ever tells you why. So I ranked them, worst to best, by one honest question: does the city hand you a transaction, or a real woman with her own life, her own job, and her own reasons for being interested in you? Angeles, Boracay, Dumaguete, Davao, Manila and BGC, Clark, and the one I put at number one, which is not the city with the money and not the one everybody names first. This isn't about which island grows the most faithful wives. That's a bar myth. It's about the ground you're standing on.
