Olga Kern — Prelude in B minor, Op. 32 No. 10, Sergei Rachmaninoff

Olga Kern — Prelude in B minor, Op. 32 No. 10, Sergei Rachmaninoff Steinway Artist Olga Kern performs Rachmaninoff’s Prelude in B minor, Op. 32 No. 10, at New York City’s Steinway Hall. This prelude is quite the emotional ride: Rachmaninoff opens the piece as a siciliana that transitions dramatically into a tempestuous middle section. Kern, who has a long history with the composer, here locates a miraculous admixture of empathy and restraint. https://www.steinway.com/   / steinway     / steinwayandsons     / steinwayandsons   #Music #Piano #Classical #Playlist #Rachmaninoff #Steinway
