Stella Ramola: Ministry Pressures, Criticism, Calling & Walking with the LORD | John Giftah Podcast

In this special in-person edition of The John Giftah Show, John Giftah sits down with Christian singer, songwriter, and speaker Stella Ramola for an open, heartfelt conversation 5 years after their first podcast interview. Growing up in a multi-generational ministry family (Jesus Calls), Stella shares the unseen realities behind the spotlight: the heavy expectations, handling public criticism and judgment, avoiding burnout, and the courage it takes to break traditional molds to reach younger generations authentically for JESUS CHRIST. Stella and John also dive into the true meaning of biblical worship beyond just music, the journey behind her songs, training Christian artists through Stedan’s Music Room, balancing family and ministry, and keeping your eyes fixed firmly on the LORD when walking on water. ⏱️ Timestamps / Video Chapters: 00:00 - Welcome back Stella Ramola (In-Person after 5 Years!) 01:14 - Growing up in Ministry: Early Years & Childhood Sacrifices 04:10 - The Unseen Pressure of Being a Preacher’s Kid 08:05 - Vacationing, Public Eyes, & Navigating Expectations 10:20 - Ministering, Burnout, & Taking Time to Recharge 12:15 - Taking Care of Your Body as a Temple of the LORD 15:05 - Assumptions vs. Reality: Handling False Perceptions 16:05 - Walking on Water like Peter: Criticism from the Boat 17:10 - Guarding Against Gossip & Kingdom Division 22:40 - Carving Your Own Unique Calling vs. Ancestral Shadow 24:00 - Breaking the Mold: Starting Vlogging & Facing Harsh Backlash 29:30 - Discovering Your Distinct Voice Given by GOD 32:00 - Scooby-Doo Pastor: Surrendering Quirks & Traits to GOD 34:25 - Adapting the Method, Never the Message of JESUS CHRIST 36:05 - The Weight of Being a Role Model: Pointing People to Christ 38:40 - Taylor Swift, Heartbreak, & Connecting with Real Pain 41:00 - Ground-Level Compassion: Why the Word of GOD Heals 43:30 - A Supernatural Miracle: Believing GOD for the Impossible 45:25 - Stedan's Music Room: Mentoring the Next Generation of Worshipers 48:58 - What True Worship Really Means (Beyond Slow & Fast Songs) 51:05 - The Story & Testimonies Behind Stella’s Wedding Song 56:00 - Trusting the Timing of the LORD & Joseph’s Season 57:05 - Balancing Marriage, Motherhood, & Ministry 59:15 - The Anointing vs. Intimacy: Sitting at the Feet of JESUS CHRIST 01:00:40 - Fun Rapid Fire: Karunya University Alternate Reality 01:03:00 - Powerful Word of Prayer over Stella Ramola by John Giftah 01:04:45 - Stella Ramola Prays over John Giftah & the Audience 01:07:45 - Final Wrap-Up & Closing Thoughts 🌟 Key Discussion Themes: Authentic Christian living vs. Religious mold Dealing with online criticism and accusations as a believer Avoiding physical and spiritual burnout in ministry Worship as an everyday posture before the LORD Surrendering your unique personality to GOD I hope this video blessed and inspired you!
