[LIRR] LORAM RailVac LRV-3 at Oakdale

I was not expecting to see this on Thursday! LORAM RailVac LRV-3 assisting during the track resurfacing along the Montauk Branch. I also saw DE30AC 423 on 2706 and a rare catch of a dual mode Penn Station set on local train 2782. Hope you guys enjoy!
