Double Island Hammerhead

A mate (Jarred) who has been in Norway for the last 15 years is back in Cairns for a visit, and wanted to go fishing. He is the only person I knew from before I started my channel who has a YouTube channel of his own, so we did a bit of a collaboration video. The weather has been very rough, so we just went out from Yorkey's Knob around Double Island, tried to get out to the wrecks but was too much chop, ended up coming back in and fishing the channel between the island and the mainland, known locally as shark alley. Jarred is spending the next 3-4 months in the Arctic circle during winter after he gets back to Norway, and plans on doing some solo camping in the arctic, aside from his usual videos about life in the arctic living in a van.
