The Pacey and Joey Story: A Romantic Screwball Comedy Part 1

A little note just cause I get SO many comments asking why certain scenes aren't included. This series of videos isn't every single Jacey scene. It's just clips that more or less fit the screwball comedy aesthetic. Some screwball comedies I would suggest ya'll watch are Bringing Up Baby and The Philadelphia Story. Pacey and Joey have been compared a lot to Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn. A great more recent screwball comedy is "What's Up Doc" it's lowkey a remake of Bringing Up Baby from 1972. If you're averse to black and white movies and want to ease into it then What's Up Doc is a good one to start with The Capeside Story (AKA The 90s "The Philadelphia Story") Fun Fact: I just added up the runtime of all 12 parts of this and it adds up to an hour and 42 minutes. The Philadelphia Story runtime is 1 hour 52 minutes. It's so close and I didn't even orchestrate that. It's just all of Pacey and Joey's less dramatic scenes. This is blowing my mind. I will take this as further proof that Josh and Katie are the 90s Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn... it's subliminal proof lol (Dawson's Creek)
