COBOL: Past, Present and Future - Misty Decker & Derek Britton, Micro Focus You know that COBOL is still very present in most large organizations, but do you know just how much of it there is? Is the amount of COBOL shrinking or growing? What is the role of COBOL in a modern IT strategy and what is its future? We'll share highlights of current projects in COBOL, from the Open Mainframe Project's COBOL Working Group, to student mentorship projects and even the Women of COBOL on TechChannel.
