Shri Laxmana cuts off Surpanakha’s nose - "Kothari International School"

It all happens when Surpanakha sees Shri Ram and Shri Laxmana and then walks towards them and asks Shri Ram to marry her when Shri Ram denies, She asks the same from Shri Laxmana, Shri Laxmana also denies. At last Surpankha decides to kill Mata Seeta to marry Shri Ram, and finally, Shri Laxmana cuts off her nose… Gr K2 ‘Ramayan ke Pannon Se’ The school sets a platform for students to grow and display their thoughts and talents. In order to accomplish the traits essential for holistic development, stage shows are a great opportunity for students. Values are inhabited at an early age and this makes imbibing values in the pre-primary kids all the more important. So KIS a firm believer of moral values did an enactment of the Hindu epic ‘Ramayan’ on October 13th, 2018. The students played different characters from Ramayana that revived and produced enthusiasm in celebrating the special occasion which displayed how good triumphs over evil. They were dressed up in beautiful costumes as per the demand of their characters, they dramatized seven exciting episodes from the Ramayana. The enactment was abounding with fancy attire, dialogue, and fancy stage sets and props. The performance of the students was stupendous and very touching which left the viewers bowled over. Ramayana is not just a story, but also an educational medium to demonstrate the importance of values. Our hope is that our children while reveling in the joy of being part of the wondrous product of showmanship, discover and apply the universal message of compassion and love towards individuals, family, and society at large.
