A powerful, cinematic pop anthem about rediscovering the fearless person you were before the world taught you to doubt, ‘Spirit’ is a reminder to keep dreaming, believing and reaching for the sky. The song was inspired by Sydnie reconnecting with the courageous little girl inside her—the one who ran, climbed, fell, laughed and loved without worrying about failure, judgement or what other people might think. Although growing older can bring fear, pressure and uncertainty, that fearless spirit never truly disappears. With heartfelt lyrics, soaring production and Sydnie’s unmistakable powerhouse vocals, ‘Spirit’ celebrates the courage, curiosity and determination that remain within us. Sydnie hopes the song takes listeners back to a time when the world felt endless, anything seemed possible and they felt truly free.
