Another day in Batumi. Small bakery just opening, delivery of bread still hanging on the door of the kebab place across the street. This part of old Batumi has small ones tucked between buildings, the kind of place a student can rent cheap and call home. Then a rooftop restaurant covered enough to work in winter, some post-Soviet blocks glued to semi-old ones. Off-season is dead, nobody around.
