Suzuki Alto gearbox repair

Following on from the video showing how to remove and replace the gearbox in a 2014 Suzuki Alto:    • Suzuki Alto / Nissan Pixo Gearbox Removal ...   This is the part the gearbox gets taken apart and new bearings fitted This is not much of a guide, however in the absence of any easy to find literature or videos covering this car this is my effort. The only advice i can give if you plant to tackle fixing your alto gearbox yourself is record the disassembly extensively on a phone or camera. Keep verbal notes of how it comes apart and refer back to the video for the reassembly stage. This footage is basically that video note that i used to help for the reassembly stage. If in any doubt take the gearbox to a specialist and have it taken apart by them instead. However in doing this myself the gearbox was fixed for £70 as opposed to £250-300 that most specialists would charge to go through the gearbox.
