Final Prep For WA State 2023 - Team Foster Kent Edition

November 16th 2023, I managed to slip in a practice after a full day of mixing mortar and carrying bricks. I figured two weeks out is more than enough to heal. In fact i wanted to pull strong arms one more time but i got a cold and i had to skip the following monday's practice at Jake's. This session was great, got some solid powerhouse training with a tired Logan schuetzle and got some back and forth with Bryce Richardson, Teddy Garcia and Indigo Keeslar.
