The buff was caused by Halo (Halo are function similar to Blue archive which make the student receive superhuman physical resilience, allowing them to withstand things like close-range gunfire, explosions, and heavy impacts that would normally be fatal to a regular human. A halo is tied directly to a student's active consciousness. If a student falls asleep, gets knocked out, or loses consciousness, their halo temporarily disappears and flickers back on when they wake up. Vulnerability & Destruction: While halos make students remarkably tough, they are not invincible. Sustained, overwhelming trauma or specialized weapons can damage or shatter a halo. In Kivotos lore, destroying a student’s halo is essentially equivalent to killing them.) but since the halo is combined with Titan trio's original raw durability of their body they are fully unkillable from conventional weapons and resist to time manipulation or reality warping and this halo will stay there even if titans was outside the Kivotos. Only ability that can overwhelmingly kill the buffed Titan trio is the absolute narrative erasure.
