Quick Look: Pilot Capless / Vanishing Point Fountain Pen (18k nib)

There are other "capless" fountain pens out there but I don't feel the urge to buy them as I think this version of capless is the only one I will need. My initial thoughts were that the nibs were no good and that the pen was too heavy however my second pen i.e.the matte black one really changed my mind. I think it is a pen deserving of your consideration if you want to have a capless pen. If you have a lower budget, there is a "special alloy" version of this pen that is a wee bit cheaper.
