Celebrating Tarija's 209th Birthday - Tarija Day VLOG

Join me today for Tarija’s 209th birthday! This is the last vlog in our Tarija series, and it’s a special one. We walk around the central plaza, check out the Church of San Roque, the patron saint of dogs, buy a traditional shirt worn by local men on Tarija Day, see some of the military parade, and even get a glimpse of the president.
